: I'm Raphael Savalle, and my journey has taken me through various roles in finance, operations, and marketing. I've had the privilege of working in diverse environments like Unilever and in consulting, both in the USA and Europe. I was lucky to manage businesses in different settings and an to lead teams through change. With an educational background in Finance, Marketing, Strategy, and Engineering, I've learned to approach problems from multiple angles. Most recently as Group CFO at Weleda AG, I've navigated complex challenges, always striving to bring out the best in my teams and in myself. I live in Switzerland and enjoy volunteering for one of the largest Sport Association in Switzerland for youth and adult.
