While GenAI provides valuable inspiration and travel information, it alone cannot guarantee accuracy, relevance, and optimization in responses. In the intricate landscape of the travel industry, where data comes from various sources, prices fluctuate constantly, and the potential combinations of answers are vast, additional tools are essential.
In this presentation, we not only showcase our current utilization of conventional AI techniques in the travel sector but also propose a harmonious integration of Machine Learning (ML), Operations Research (OR), and GenAI.
By combining these technologies, we aim to capitalize on their individual strengths: superior predictive capabilities, optimized recommendations, and exceptional conversational abilities, respectively.
