EarthDataPlace uses a digital workflow to acquire and process satellite imagery from Copernicus satellites and commercial constellations and a Task Request system that can produce the required datasets very quickly. In this way, anyone can access the wealth of data generated by earth observation constellations and create applications to support decision-making and to create a safer, more sustainable and resilient world, at very low cost.
Our datasets, APIs, and plugins for major GIS systems offer developers and digital integrators the ability to effectively create and test their geospatial applications with just a few lines of code. There will be no need to develop satellite image analysis algorithms from scratch, but the budget can be used to build easy-to-use applications for end users, leaving the complex part of interfacing with the world’s largest satellite data providers to us.
