Beyond these rewards, participating in the WAICF Awards gives your AI project outstanding exposure. With 10,000+ attendees, winners reach key stakeholders across the global AI ecosystem (from leading investors to industry decision-makers) gaining recognition, credibility and new business opportunities.

Applications close on December 19, 2025, at 11:59 PM. All submissions will then be reviewed and evaluated by our Jury, who will deliberate to select one winner in each category.

The selected winners will be contacted ahead of the event to ensure their presence at WAICF 2026, where they will receive their award during the official ceremony. The ceremony will take place on February 13, from 11:20 AM to 12:30 PM in the Riviera conference room. It will be preceded by a keynote session and is open to all attendees, including visitors, exhibitors, and speakers.
