World AI Cannes Festival 2026 will take place from February 12 to 13, 2026 at the Palais des Festivals et Congrès de Cannes.

If you are a visitor, registration to obtain your access badge is done online: https://www.worldaicannes.com/en-gb/book-your-pass.html.

If you are an exhibitor: your company's account administrator must create your exhibitor badge. We encourage you to register exclusively through your dedicated exhibitor area; this will allow you to access the show earlier.

Please submit your request using the Sponsoring & Exhibiting contact form, and our Sales Department will get back to you as soon as possible.

You have the option to pay by credit card, which means your invoice will be available immediately, or by bank transfer, in which case your invoice will be sent to you a few days after your order is placed.

Once you start downloading your badge, it is generated and appears in a new window. Your browser must allow pop-up pages and be equipped with a PDF reader. If you can't print it out, you can ask a host or hostess to do so at the show entrance by giving your name and order number.

You must first order your badge to access the invitation letter for visas. From your registration confirmation message, you can then click on the VISA application link and obtain your invitation letter to take to the French Embassy of the country of which you are a national.

Public Parking: There are parking spaces available along the “Croisette” as well as in several side streets.

A checkroom is available during the event for Full Pass holders.
